The Department of Planning and Sustainability has started mantainance works in the heliport Vallter 2000 in Setcases (Ripollès) to improve conditions, functionality and the security of the infrastructure. The budget is 27,600 euros, and works will go on for four weeks.
The tasks to be carried out mainly involves repainting and resurfacing of the track; the installation of a new perimeter fence; the formation of a new access road to the platform and the heliport; improved signage and the adjustment sleeve wind. The works are intended to update the infrastructure and support operations carried out.
This action plan is part of the maintenance and improvement of 12 emergency heliports that the Department is doing since last year.
